We are passionate about bringing you the best in free range produce straight from the farm. 

The MacCartney family have been farming a 13th century deer park using traditional, thoughtful methods since the 1930’s.

The current custodian of the land, James MacCartney, is just as passionate about food as his grandfather was when he moved here.

 

‘I believe that great tasting meat comes from how you treat the animal throughout its life. Livestock that is well looked after and free range, and the meat aged in a way that has been done for generations will simply taste better on your plate.’

 

At Raddlemans we believe that the best tasting meat comes from traditional, thoughtful methods that have been passed down through the generations. We are pleased to be able to offer you lamb, beef and pork from native breeds, grown slowly and hung on the bone allowing the flavour to fully develop.
